TIMELINE

Thirteen weeks from first call to written report.

[WEEK 0]

Discovery call and data mapping

We walk through your SSO provider, timetable API, campus GIS data, and the two or three buildings that see the most wayfinding stress.

[WEEKS 1–2]

Hardware arrives · 3D model of your pilot buildings

We ship one stand unit and one portable unit to your campus while our 3D team builds a Blender mesh of the pilot buildings.

[WEEKS 3–4]

SSO and timetable integration

We connect UNIMATE to your authentication and scheduling systems in a sandbox. Privacy review happens here.

[WEEK 5]

Go-live · two kiosks in two high-traffic locations

We install, train your front-desk team, and turn on public access. On-site for the first 48 hours.

[WEEKS 6–12]

Measured operation · weekly metrics review

Seven weeks in production. Every Monday we share a dashboard with session counts, wayfinding time, auth success, and top buildings.

[WEEK 13]

Pilot report and scale decision

We deliver a written report covering adoption, measured outcomes, integration notes, and an honest scale recommendation.
