UNIMATE

Real-time timetable and wayfinding in one tap.

THE CHALLENGE

UNIMATE is a real-time timetable and 3D wayfinding kiosk built for universities. Students tap their ID card, see their live schedule, and get the shortest route to their next class in a single touch.

[01 How it works]

Simple navigation in one step

A clear 3D map appears, showing the precise route to the student's next class or destination.

[02 STUDENT CARD TAB]

Student ID card unlocks the system

A 3D map displays your exact route from the kiosk to your next class. Turn-by-turn directions appear on screen so you move with confidence.

[03 NAVIGATE]

Real-time timetable loads instantly

Room changes and schedule shifts sync automatically. You always see the current information, not yesterday's data.

Contact support
How does UNIMATE help students find their next class?
Students tap their ID card on the kiosk and the 3D map instantly shows their real-time schedule and the route to their next class — no app install, no login, no searching.
Can administrative staff update the data directly?
Yes. UNIMATE plugs into your existing timetable and room-booking systems, so any change made by staff appears on every kiosk in real time with no extra work.
Does UNIMATE replace our campus mobile app?
No. It complements mobile and web by giving students a fast, walk-up option at the key entry points — especially useful for visitors, new students, and anyone without their phone.
How does UNIMATE handle accessibility?
The kiosks are wheelchair-height compliant, support screen-reader output, high-contrast mode, and offer alternative routes for step-free access to every building.
Can we pilot UNIMATE on one building first?
Absolutely. Most universities start with a single kiosk in a high-traffic building, measure impact, and scale across campus from there.
Can you send us an invoice?
Yes, invoicing is available for all university pilots and enterprise deployments. Contact our team with your procurement details and we'll set up a PO-based workflow.
How is data handled and stored?
Student ID scans generate a short-lived JWT session. No personally identifying information is stored on the kiosk. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity, and the full backend aligns with ISO/IEC 27001 practices.
